Election Dates
Primary Election - April 3, 2012
Early voting centers were open 10am to 8pm on March 24, 2012 and March 26 - March 29, 2012. On Sunday, March 25, 2012 early voting centers were open 12pm to 6pm.
General Election - November 6, 2012
Early voting centers are open Wednesday, October 31, 2012 through Friday, November 2, 2012 from 8am until 9pm. Centers were closed on Monday, October 29th and Tuesday, October 30th due to the weather.

Ballot Questions
There were three Constitutional Amendments and three Statewide Referendums and one other question that appeared statewide on the general election ballots. The ballot language was certified by the Secretary of State on the 3rd Monday in August. Additionally, local ballot questions may appear on the ballot in certain counties. The General Assembly local referendum for Montgomery County's 12th Election District ballots was certified on August 9, 2012. Read the ballot question language.
